Responsible for the processing of personal data
KuantikoStudio is a product belonging to KUANTIKO STUDIO, S.L. , entity that also holds the ownership of the web page (from now on KUANTIKO or the Responsible), and with social address at Calle Puerto de Cotos nº28, 28935 (Madrid) and CIF number B88338512, is responsible for the treatment of the data provided by the users (“Users”) through the Web.

Data object of the treatment
WEB CONTACTS, EMAIL
The person in charge will treat the identification and contact data provided by the user through the contact form, or when contacting the person in charge by e-mail, telephone or any other enabled way, as well as other data included by the user. In addition, KUANTIKO will be able to treat the IP, operating system or navigator used by the user, and even the duration of the visit, in an anonymous way.

We will process our clients’ data based on the execution of a contract, or pre-contract if applicable, and during the term of the relationship between the parties, as well as subsequently during the legally required periods, for the following purposes:

SUPPLIERS
In the case of our suppliers, we will treat the data on the basis of the contractual relationship between both parties, and during the validity of the same, as well as subsequently in application of the legally required deadlines, with the following purposes:

The personal data available in the profiles of RRSS, as well as those that the user provides to the person in charge when contacting him through this way, will be treated with the purpose of
- To answer queries, requests or applications.
- Manage the requested service.
- Establish a user-responsible relationship, and create a community of followers.
In this case, the treatment is based on the acceptance of a contractual relationship in the environment of the social network that corresponds, and according to their privacy policies, so it is recommended that the user consults them.
KUANTIKO will only be able to consult or cancel the data in a restricted way when having a specific profile. These will be treated as long as the user allows it through the different interactions that each RRSS allows. Any rectification of the data or restriction of information or publications, the user must make it through the configuration of his profile in the social network itself.
Processing of third party data
As a general rule, the person in charge will only process the data provided by the owners. In case of receiving data from third parties, it will be necessary to inform and ask for their consent to such people, or otherwise KUANTIKO will be exempt of any responsibility for the noncompliance of this requirement.
Children’s data
KUANTIKO will not process data from children under 14 years old. Therefore, the user will have to abstain to facilitate them if he does not have that age or, in his case, to facilitate data of third that do not have the mentioned age. KUANTIKO disclaims any responsibility for the breach of this provision.
Commercial communications by electronic means
KUANTIKO will only send commercial communications to the e-mail address provided, to users who have previously given their express consent to do so. The Responsible will store the email in the database, and will send emails periodically, until the user requests the cancellation, option that will be available in any communication. The purposes of this specific treatment consist of:
- To manage the requested service.
- Information by electronic means, which deal with the request.
- Commercial or event information by electronic means, provided that there is express authorization.
- To carry out analysis and improvements in the sending of mailings, to improve the commercial strategy.
Security measures we apply
KUANTIKO has adopted an optimal level of information security, putting the means and adopting the appropriate technical and organizational measures according to the state of technology to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of Personal Data.
Communication to third parties
Users’ personal data may be transferred to:
- State Agency of the Tax Administration and to banks and financial entities for the collection of the service provided or product acquired; by virtue of legal obligation.
- Those in charge of the treatment necessary for the provision of the service, who will have signed a contract for the provision of services that obliges them to maintain the same level of privacy as the person responsible.
- In the event that any of the assignments involves an international transfer of data when using American applications, it will be adhered to the Privacy Shield agreement, which guarantees that American software companies comply with European data protection policies on privacy.
User Rights
The regulation in the matter of data protection, recognizes the user a series of rights, which KUANTIKO as responsible, has the obligation to satisfy:
- To know if your data is being treated or not.
- To access to the personal data object of the treatment.
- To ask for the rectification of the data if they are inaccurate.
- To request the deletion of the data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or if you withdraw the consent given.
- To request the limitation of the treatment of the data, in some cases, in which case the data will only be kept in accordance with the regulations in force.
- To the portability of the data, which will be provided in a structured, commonly used or machine-readable format; or they may be sent to the new designated person in charge. This is only valid in certain cases.
- To file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or competent control authority.

In order to facilitate the process, and to comply with the principle of data accuracy, if any data is modified, the person in charge is grateful for the communication of such modification.
For the exercise of the mentioned rights, the user can request to KUANTIKO a form, or use those elaborated by the Spanish Agency of Protection of Data or third parties. These forms must be signed electronically or be accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI; in case of representation, a copy of the DNI of the user must be attached, or the user must sign it with his electronic signature. The forms can be submitted in person, sent by letter or by mail to the address of the person in charge at the beginning of this text.
Depending on the right exercised, KUANTIKO will take a maximum of one month to answer from the reception of the application, and two months if the subject is very complex, in which case the user will be notified.
Cookies

Conservation of personal data
- The personal data will be kept as long as the user remains linked to the person in charge
- Once the data is unlinked, the data processed for each purpose will be kept for the legally prescribed period, including the period in which a judge or court may require it in view of the statute of limitations for legal actions.
- The data processed shall be maintained until the legal periods referred to above expire, if there is a legal obligation to maintain it, or if no such legal period exists, until the data subject requests its deletion or revokes the consent granted.
